The decreased Tax Levy needs were possible through identification of
lower service costs and additional non-tax revenues. The Fee Register is an important
part of the budget and establishes charges for fees and services. The 1999 Fce Register
will total $2,400,000. Affected areas of fee and service changes include the Family
Service Center, Building Department, and Environmental Licenses.
