Additionally, a gap exists in the vacation of 5th St. (Co, Rd. E-2 Extension)
due to an incorrect legal description. Initially, staff thought just the north half of 3rd St.
had not been vacated. However, recent discovery found that the entire segment of 3rd
St. had not been vacated, Because of this, staff recommends that the two segments be
vacated to allow for the Brighton Corporate Park III plat and development to proceed.

Public Hearing

Street Reconstruction
Projects 98-1 and 98-5
Report 98-067
Resolution 98-028
Resolution 98-029
Resolution 98-030
Resolution 98-031
Resolution 98-032
Resolution 98-033
Resolution 98-034
Resolution 98-035

Correction of Legal
Descriptions and
vacations for Co.
