<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Mogren, with continued care from hospital staff, continued to improve, and, was later <br />transferred to Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids to continue his recovery. Within only a few days, <br />Mr. Mogren was able to return home to his wife Carol and resume his life. <br /> <br />On May 11,2006, the system worked perfectly. A trained citizen was available to begin CPR <br />almost immediately. The 911 system was utilized and dispatched emergency personnel who <br />were extremely close and responded quickly to the emergency call. The responding personnel <br />were well trained, experienced, and had the available tools to include an AED to provide <br />emergency first responder care. Advanced life support personnel arrived quickly providing <br />continued life saving support and care. And, the hospital staff continued the chain of life saving <br />care.
