The Task Force recommended that the Clinch~on <br />Proposal should not be exempt from the moratorium. However, it was felt the <br />Cadwallader proposal should be exempt and that recommendation will be brought to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Kevin Locke explained that if the Task Force <br />recommends an exemption from the moratorium, then the Planning Commission would <br />perform their review in January. Upon Council support of that exemption, staff would <br />then initiate the rezoning process. <br /> <br />The next Council Meeting will be held December 18, 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />A joint Council worksession with Columbia Heights to discuss the City of Minneapolis <br />request for expansion of the reservoir site will be held December 12. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Samuelson, to ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 8:27 p.m. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />.---~ <br /> <br />Margaret A.
