That the special use shall, in all other respects, conform to the <br />applicable regulations of the district in which it located. <br />4. The Planning Commission found the special use standards of Section 8-130 <br />were satisfied with respect to Alternate Plan 3. <br />5. As specified in Section 11-020 (8) (E) no driveway/curb-cut shall be <br />constructed within 50' of another driveway. <br />6. As specified in Section 11-020 (10) all commercial uses with drive-up <br />facilities must provide a stacking area for six vehicles, the stacking lane must <br />be 12' in width, and the stacking lane must not interfere with primary driving <br />and parking facilities on site. <br />7. The applicant provided a revised plan for consideration following the June 27, <br />2006 City Council meeting whereby 50' of required driveway separation is <br />achieved, adequate vehicle stacking is provided, and the stacking lane is of <br />adequate width. <br />8. The Council finds the Zoning Code requirements of Section 11-020 (8) (E) <br />and (10) are met with respect to the Plan attached herein as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the application SP 2006-009 is hereby approved <br />subject to the following: <br />1. The drive-thru facility is constructed in accordance with attached Exhibit A. <br />2. The traffic patterns and governmental controls of County Road E2 Extension <br />remained unchanged. <br />3. Reconsideration, or total revocation, of the Special Use Permit may be <br />considered due to safety or traffic patterns that are negatively impacted due to <br />one or more of the following future events being triggered: <br />a. County Road E2 Extension opens up west across the existing railroad <br />tracks. <br />b. The existing intersection controlled with stop signs at County Road E2 <br />Extension and 5th Avenue NW is signalized. <br />c.
