Putting up barricades on the cul-de-sac with signs directing golfers
where to park. There may have to be parking by p~rmit only if changes
in the parking situation do not occur. .....,!!
. Feels the parking issue on 12th Ave
m~ytake permit parking to resolve. He felt if the "no parking" signs on
4th Street were;removed, the parking would be easier for the disc
golfers. " .
o Jason believed the "no parking" signs are there because the mobile
home residents would be parking there if the "no parking" signs
were removed and there would not be room for disc golfers.
. :Eric Strand, 560 3rd Ave NW, stated he is an avid disc golfer. He
suggested planting a bush by the start to prevent access off of 1 th Ave.
."" ,. th
. Kurt Blomberg, new resident at 136 12 Ave NW, stated the parking
situation is bad. Moderate steps are not going to work. Parking by
permit will be the only thing that will work.
. Earl Spindler, 141 12th Ave NW felt a sign or map at the comer of 12th
Ave and County Road E is needed. It should state disc golf parking is
on 4th Street.
. Dick Wilke, 2239 Bicentennial Court, is a 29 year resident. He is
concerned about the damage to trees and the erosion and run off
problem that is occurring because of the disc golfers. This needs to be
addressed. He believes residents on 14th Ave are already experiencing
some issues of erosion and runoff.
. Earl Spindler presented pictures of the erosion to the Commission
members.
. Eric Strand commented that since two holes were just added, one way

.
