That any plugging or Impairment of the operation of the <br />CIty sewer sytem with grease wIll be considered prIma <br />facia evidence that SectIon 24-8 of the City Code, <br />Section 15-147 of the CIty Code, Article V, SectIon <br />5-4A of the Rules and Regulations for the Metropolitan <br />Sewer Disposal System have been and are beIng violated <br />and that the right of the rendering plant to use the <br />CIty sewer system Is thereby immedIately suspended. <br /> <br />The amount of grease discharged into the City sewer <br />system shall be 100 mg. per liter or less. If the City <br />sanItary sewer system or lift station wet well becomes <br />plugged as a result of the operations at the rendering <br />plants, the cost of cleaning shall be paid by the <br />rendering plants makIng use of that part of the sewer <br />system that has become plugged. <br /> <br />4. That the Hengelkoch Company be appraised that the CIty <br />of New Brighton wIll continue to work with the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Metropolitan <br />Sewer Board to assure that all applicable rules, <br />regulations and codes are complied with. <br /> <br />5. That not less than two, and at the City's discretion up <br />to four stack tests are to be made each year and that <br />frequent inspections be made by the City SanItarIan to <br />make sure the Hengelkoch Company is complying with the <br />City's requirements. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that violation of, or failure <br />to comply with, any conditions of thIs Offensive Trades License <br />shall be cause for suspension or revocation of this license, and <br />that such suspension or revocation shall be considered by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Adopted th i s 10th day of <br /> <br />November <br /> <br />, 1 986 . <br /> <br />R~ ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
