The lot split would
allow both lots to remain above minimum lot standards. Both parcels are owned by
the same owners who wish to expand Parcel B's backyard. Staff recommends
approval.

Benke noted that the City tries to avoid creating parcels with irregular lot lines.
Mattila noted there is an irregular line where the fence is located, and a potential
buyer should be familiarized with this lot configuration before purchasing the
property.

There were no comments from the audience.

I

Motion by Williams, seconded by Gunderman, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC
HEARING.

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried.

Hearing was closed at 7:38 p.m.

Council Agenda

Council Minutes

Public Hearing

Gurtek Lot Split
Report 95-144
Resolution 95-065
