The proposal involves a 3,000 sq. ft. deli/bakery addition onto the building's <br />east wall; and a 835 sq. ft addition to enclose the existing cart storage area. <br /> <br />The proposal complies with B-3 standards, setback and parking standards. The <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the proposal. <br /> <br />Samuelson confirmed that the Planning Commission felt that the project provides a <br />positive addition to the store. <br /> <br />Mattila noted that foundation plantings would surround the walls of the addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Samuelson, to APPROVE LP-292, SUBJECT <br />TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br />1.
