The proposal requires a site plan review, PRO
amendment, minor subdivision, and setback variance.

The proposed development complies with R-3A standards, PRO purpose statement,
and subdivision ordinance. Variances would be required for the building from the
rear property line and for the parking lot from the front property line because they
would encroach into the PRO perimeter setback area. The unusual circumstance is
the site's narrowness and the need to place parking in the front to accommodate the
mobility impaired residents. The applicant has moved the building in order to
reduce its impact on residential properties east of Thomdale.

SDecial Order of I
Business ~

Main Event Parking

Consent A2enda

Vouchers
Report 94-067

Sewer Fund Transfer
Report 94-068
Resolution 94-035

Reappl Assessments
Report 94-069
Resolution 94-036

Contingency Fund
Report 94-070
Resolution 94-037 I

Smart Meter Reading
Report 94-071

Council Business

NHHI Proposal
Report 94-075
Resolution 94-039
Resolution 94-040
Resolution 94-041

I
