The Business <br />Center site would decrease, but the floor area ratio would continue to be met and <br />off-street parking would continue. The proposed lot split would not alter existing <br />building or parking setbacks, and complies with the subdivision standards. Mattila <br />confirmed that PDQ representatives plan to remove the existing store and construct a <br />new store further north on that site. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Samuelson, to CLOSE THE HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Hearing was closed at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Williams, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOn THE RFSOLUTION APPROVING PL-208. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Gary Horn, Citizen Study Committee), presented the proposed agenda for the 17th <br />Annual Town Hall Meeting which will be held March 19 at the Tri-City Legion. <br /> <br />The agenda includes presentations from Council, staff and guest speaker, Joan <br />Fabian, Ramsey County Director of Corrections. The subjects will focus on: <br />community investment in the Family Service Center, Housing, and Senior Center; <br />community revitalization in the downtown area and Rice Creek Center; and crime <br />issues. Also, a community fair will provide information to residents.
