JONES AND COMPANY; AND REQUEST THE <br />CITIZEN STUDY COMMITTEE TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS AS <br />PROHIBITING ALL SOLICITATION AND PRESENT RECOMMENDATIONS TO <br />COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 14, 1993 <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Rebelein, to TABLE THE PEDDLER LICENSE <br />OF YOUTH TODAY-LEADER TOMORROW. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Announcement and Uodates <br /> <br />The 1994 Budget and Levy Public Hearing will be held on December 8 at <br />7:00 p.m., with continuation to December 17, if needed. The Budget and <br />Levy Adoption will be held either on December 14, or December 20, at <br />7;30 p.m. All dates will be published in the Bulletin. <br /> <br />The Senior Center Task Force will meet on September 29 in Mounds View. <br /> <br />Rebelein said the cable television transmission problems were caused by <br />one of the two modulators that service the ten city area. The Cable <br />Advisory Commission will discuss this issue with the cable company to <br />eliminate these problems. Benke asked Rebelein to draft a letter to the <br />Cable company in regards to the transmission problems. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Peddler and Solicitor <br />Permits for Edward <br />D.
