INSTALLATION OF CLASS 5 GRAVEL FOR ALL PROPOSED <br />PARKING AREAS NO LATER THAN JANUARY 1, 1995; AND ALL <br />DRIVE AND PARKING AREAS HAVE PAVING AND POURED IN <br />PLACE CONCRETE CURBING INSTALLED NO LATER THAN <br />JANUARY 1, 1996. <br />3. PROVISION OF A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. <br />4. COUNCIL DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE A RESOLUTION FOR THE <br />POSTING OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON THE 1~694 SERVICE DRIVE <br />FROM 27TH AVENUE NW TO BLACK OAK DRIVE ON BOTH SIDES; <br />AND BLACK OAK DRIVE FROM THE 1~694 SERVICE DRIVE TO <br />LINDEN DRIVE ON BOTH SIDES. <br />5. SUBMIT A BOND OR LETTER OF CREDIT TO COVER 100% OF <br />COST TO INSTALL BITUMINOUS AREAS AND CONCRETE <br />CURBING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Mattila presented the site plan review for 83,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse <br />building located on Lot 2 in the Lakeview Business Campus Plat. <br /> <br />The proposal complies with 1-1 district and parking standards. The concept <br />plan places another building south of the site facing Hwy 88 so docking <br />areas for the buildings would be adjacent and screened from public view. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Larson, to APPROVE LP~282, <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. CITY ENGINEER AND RCWD APPROVAL OF THE GRADING AND <br />DRAINAGE PLAN. <br />2. REPLACE THE PROPOSED SPRING SNOW CRAB WITH SNOW <br />DRIFT CRAB AND THE GREEN ASH WITH LINDEN, HACKBERRY, <br />SUGAR MAPLE OR RED OAK TREES. <br />3. PROVIDE BOND OR LETTER OF CREDIT COVERING 100% OF THE <br />COST TO INSTALL BITUMINOUS, CURBING AND LANDSCAPING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Locke presented for consideration the Brost property condemnation. <br /> <br />The Court appointed commissioners have reached a conclusion and made <br />an award of $562,000.
