The subdivision would <br />also eliminate a property line which bisects the existing building. The <br />impact ot the subdivision would be minimal. <br /> <br />Rebelein asked if all three lots are owned by the same individual. Mattila <br />said all lots are owned by the same person who wishes to sell the property <br />to the west and retain the. easterly property for future development. <br /> <br />Mr. Meyer, applicant. did not wish to speak. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Larson, to CLOSE THE HEARING. <br /> <br />3 Ayes - 0 Nayes. Report 93-193 <br />Resolution 93-089 <br /> <br />The proposed district would encompass 6 parcels located between TIF <br />District 20 and 21. The 3 districts cover all of the 3-phased Lakeview <br />Business Park redevelopment project. Districts 20 and 21 were created <br />earlier and include the US West project and the proposed Industrial Equities <br />Group on the former Brost Property. <br /> <br />The proposed district will facilitate redevelopment and creation of the <br />Lakeview Business Park. Tax increment generated in this district will be <br />used to fund site acquisition, assembly, relocation and demolition, site <br />improvements, and street and utility improvements. <br />
