CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE 1993 EMPLOYMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY MANAGER. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearina - 7:40-7:43 p.m. <br /> <br />City Planner Erny Mattila presented a request to subdivide an existing single <br />family parcel into two single family lots. The parcel is owned by Elizabeth <br />McBride and is located at 2093 Sunnyside Terrace. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision complies with minimum lot standards and <br />sideyard requirements. The existing house and garage would be located on <br />Parcel A and lie 8 ft. from Parcel B.
