The predominant non-residential zoning along Old Highway 8 NW in this <br />general location is B-4, Downtown Business District, consistent with the <br />proposed rezoning. <br /> <br />No , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the application RZ2006-001, RZ2006-002 and the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment for 715 & 721 Old Highway 8 NW are hereby <br />approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The Comprehensive Plan Amendment is approved by the Metropolitan <br />Council. <br />2.
