The cost breakdown for two
inspections per year per license would take four hours at an operational
cost of $172 per licensed site, and also involve an additional $90 for
licensing costs and administrative overhead. The total cost per site per
year would be $262, but Kelley recommends a license fee of $250.
Motion by Williams, seconded by Larson, to ESTABLISH THE $250 PER
YEAR LICENSE FEE FOR TOBACCO SALES; WHICH REFLECTS THE COST
TO POLICE THESE LICENSES.
3 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried.
Consent Agenda
Forestry Joint
Powers Agreement
Report 93-009
Eagles Donation
Report 93-010
Resolution 93-005
Stockyard Days
Service Agreement
Report 93-011
Qguncil Business
Cigarette Sales
License Fees
Report 93-012
Resolution 93-006
Regarding the advertisement for bids for a hydraulic sewer cleaning Sewer Cleaning
machine, City Manager Dave Childs noted that this machine is the single Machine
most important piece of equipment in the Sewer Department for system Report 93-011 A
maintenance and response to sewer backups.
