The
various parcels are as follows: Parcel A dedicated to the City as open
space; Parcel B marketed as an industrial lot; Parcel C dedicated to the City;
Road Easement accommodates extension of 5th St. and utilities; and Parcel
D marketed as an industrial lot.

Benke asked if it is feasible to incorporate that portion of Mr. Leier's parcel
which is south of the creek into Parcel B. Locke said the developer looked
at the parcel and determined they did not need the additional land.

John Allen said the placement of industrial setbacks make the Leier parcel's
buildable portion very small. He acknowledged that Mr. Leier needs some
relief and said he may be interested in acquiring that portion of the parcel
with the existing billboard. He feels the remaining area could be acquired
by the City to be used as a City park allowing completion of a walking path
around Jones Lake.

5th St. S.W.
authorization for
feasibility report.
Report No. 92-273
Resolution 92-131

December Council
Meeting Schedule
Report No.92-274

Public Hearinas

Minor subdivision to
create 2 lots for
Industrial Equities in
1-1 District/PL 199.
Report No. 92-275
Resolution 92-129
