'

In 1991, the original plat was approved creating 41 single family lots and
an Outlot A. In September 1992, Council approved a revised plat which
replaced 9 of the original single family lots with 7 two-family lots and
platted Outlot A for 102 townhouse units.

During the recording of the revised plat with the County, the applicant
discovered the original drainage easements for the 9 single family lots and
Outlot A needed to be vacated. The vacation of these easements is simply
a precautionary measure to avoid confusion on the land title and would not
alter any of the lots or easements on the revised plat.

Mattila noted there have been some language changes to the original
resolution in the Council packet.

There were no comments from the audience.

Motion by Williams, seconded by Rebelein, to CLOSE THE HEARING.

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried.

Hearing was closed at 9: 15 p.m.

Motion by Williams, seconded by Benke, to WAIVE THE READING AND
ADOPT THE AMENDED RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS ON THE INNS BRUCK PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION.

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried.

Gunderman said he is in favor of the Environmental Quality Commission's
recommendation for procurement of goods and services with recycled
content.
