The proposed
rezoning and PRO overlay allows for the low density residential land use
assigned in the Comprehensive Plan. A landscape berm will buffer the
development from the service station and railroad tracks.

The development is designed for the "Empty Nester" market which
encourages advances in housing design and the development of the life.
cycle environment. The development allows for flexibility in layout and site
planning; specifically, density and setback requirements.

Larson is uncomfortable with the design of the driveway turnarounds for
Lots 1 and 2 which exit onto Long Lake Road.

John Johnson, representing the applicant, noted the site's constraints and
felt the R-1 rezoning would compliment the site.

Consent Aaenda

Vouchers
92-250

Winfield
Development
Agreement
Report 92.251
Resolution 91-1 21

St. John Gambling
License
Report 92-252

Reapportionment of
Assessments
Report 92-253
Resolution 92-122

Installation of
Monitoring Well
Report 92-254

Council Business

Scottwood
Preliminary Plat
Report 92-255
Report 92-255A
