Proper said the maintenance program should include a <br />sea/coating of the Sunnyside area streets in about three to five years. <br /> <br />There were no further comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, seconded by Rebelein, to CLOSE THE HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes. Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Hearing was closed at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Gunderman, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION FOR THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON THE <br />SUNNYSIDE AREA STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT 90-4; AND <br />WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION ORDERING <br />PA YMENT OF THE SANITARY SEWER REPAIR COSTS ON PROJECT 90-4 <br />FROM THE SANITARY SEWER UTILITY FUND; AND WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION ORDERING PAYMENT OF STORM WATER <br />DETENTION BASINS COSTS ON PROJECT 90-4 FROM THE STORM <br />WATER MANAGEMENT FUND. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Proiect 90-5 - 8:40-8:42 c,m. <br /> <br />Proper said Project 90-5 consisted of the construction of a 6 inch <br />watermain on the south side of County Road H from a point 520 feet west <br />of Knollwood to Stinson Boulevard. The project furnished several lots on <br />County Road H with water service and connected 2 dead end watermains. <br /> <br />The total project cost of $56,264.44 is paid for by the City water fund and <br />by special assessments against the lots being served by the watermain. <br /> <br />The assessed portion is based on the front footage of the watermain minus <br />a $1,500 credit per lot for the 2 lots connected to Mounds View water. <br /> <br />Staff has not received any calls regarding this project. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Larson, to CLOSE THE HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Hearing was closed at 8:42 p.m. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Sunnyside Street <br />Improvements <br />Report 92-212 <br />Resolution 92-099 <br />Resolution 92-100 <br />Resolution 92-101 <br /> <br />County Road H <br />Improvements <br />Report 92-212 <br />Resolution 92-102 <br />Resolution 92-103 <br />
