Anderson said Bel <br />Air would likely subcontract various parts of the project. such as fencing, <br />court s.urfacing, and net post installation. He said Bel Air is required to <br />adhere to Engineering Department specifications, <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, seconded by Larson, to AWARD THE BID FOR <br />HANSEN PARK TENNIS COURT RECONSTRUCTION TO BEL AIR BUILDERS <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $94,795.00. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 N~yes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Kevin Locke presented a joint planning <br />agreement with Opus Corporation for Brighton Corporate Park Phases two <br />and three. <br /> <br />Opus completed a 6~,000 square foot building on Lot 4 of Brighton <br />Corporate Park; and has proposes to work jointly with the City to prepare a <br />development plan for the remaining lots. Locke feels a joint planning <br />agreement will move redevelopment of Brighton Corporate Park forward. <br /> <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Williams, to APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE <br />THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A JOINT PLANNING <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE OPUS CORPORATION. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes. Motion Carried, <br /> <br />Mattila presented Arcon Development's request for final plat approval for <br />57 lots of Phase Two in Wexford Heights. Staff reviewed the final plat and <br />it complies with R-l District and lot standards. <br /> <br />The landscape plan includes plantings along the back and side of the lots <br />and landscape berms bordering Silver Lake Road, Outlot C and County Road <br />E. Arcon and the City Forester met to determine the landscape plan, and <br />when completed wili be brought back for Council review. <br /> <br />Benke asked if Outlot C conforms to grading plans. Mattila verified that no <br />grading is being done, but Arcon has begun clearing unneeded vegetation. <br /> <br />Williams asked if Outlot C could be incorporated into the residential area, <br />Mattila said Outlot C would need to be subdivided into residential lots and <br />the cul-de-sac would be extended to prevent access onto Silver Lake Road. <br />Outlot C is zoned B~ 1 Limited Business which allows business services, not <br />retail activity. He has not been approached with a development proposal <br />on Outlot. C.
