Resolution No. 06-082. Resolution No. 06-083 <br />Ordinance No. 742 <br /> <br />City Planner, Janice Gundlach stated the Planning Conunission has reviewed this <br />item in June, July and August. It was the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission to rezone the property at 715 Old Highway 8 NW from B2 to B4, <br />which is the primmy classification of other businesses along Old Highway 8 NW. <br /> <br />The revised site plan was outlined. <br /> <br />Council Member Burg questioned if the value of proposed building is known, <br />additionally she stated that she would have liked to see a second story on the <br />proposed building. Ms. Gundlach replied that if the building were any larger, the <br />required number of parking stalls could not be met on the ClUTent lot size. <br />John Steng1.y a co-developer with Timbercraft responded to Council Member Burg's <br />question of property value, as approximate value of completed building to be <br />$850,000. <br /> <br />lotion by Council Member Bauman, seconded by Council Member Burg to Waive <br />e reading and adopt the attached Ordinance approving a Rezoning for 715 and 721 <br />Old Highway 8 NW. Matthew & Vanessa Meier (VN2006-003), 920 Forest Dale Road, side <br />street yard setback variances to allow reconstruction of the existing <br />attached garage. Report No. 06-196. Resolution No. 06-084. <br /> <br />City Planner, Janice Gundlach gave a brief history of the request. The current <br />garage is in need. of repair. The Planning Commission detennined a hardship <br />condition was evident.
