The accumulation of garbage, rubbish and trash in the entire <br />house (including the basement) shall be removed. <br /> <br />2. The windows in the entire house shall be in good repair and <br />operable. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The bad wall conditions in the <br />repaired (east and south bedrooms) <br />and stairway. <br /> <br />upstairs area shall be <br />in-between room, hallway <br /> <br />4. The defective electrical outlet shall be repaired or re- <br />placed - east bedroom - upstairs. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The bad flooring shall be repaired or replaced <br />porch. <br /> <br />front <br /> <br />6. The bad ceiling and wall condition in the downstairs area <br />shall be repaired - east bedroom, living room, kitchen and <br />bathroom. <br /> <br />7. The defective light fixtures in the two bedrooms downstairs <br />shall be repaired or replaced. <br /> <br />8. The missing hand railing leading into the basement shall be <br />replaced. <br /> <br />9. The missing relief valve on the hot water heater shall be <br />replaced. <br /> <br />10. The defective stairs leading into the basement shall be <br />repaired or replaced. <br /> <br />11. The bad floor conditions in the downstairs area shall be <br />repaired or replaced (kitchen, bathroom and rear entryway). <br /> <br />12. The defective electrical wiring in the kitchen shall be <br />repaired or replaced. <br /> <br />13. The missing door knobs and associated hardware shall be <br />replaced (rear door) . <br />
