All the missing and damaged storm windows and screens shall <br />be replaced. <br /> <br />Plumbing System <br /> <br />1. The water pipes must be protected in such a manner so as to <br />prevent damage during normal use (i.e. water pipes running <br />across the floor must be protected from people walking on <br />them) . <br /> <br />2. The hot water heater must be equipped with a pressure relief <br />valve. <br /> <br />3. All required plumbing fixtures must be hooked up to existing <br />sewer pipes and vented properly. <br /> <br />Heating System <br /> <br />1. The venting system for the existing space heater must be <br />installed in accordance with the State Mechanical Code. <br /> <br />Electrical System <br /> <br />1. There are several exposed wires which must be protected in <br />accordance with the State Electrical Code. <br /> <br />GARAGE <br /> <br />1. The cracked garage windows shall be replaced. <br /> <br />2. The accumulation of garbage, rubbish and trash shall be <br />removed. <br />
