Deferment of Special Assessments. <br /> <br />l\t its discretion, the Council may defer the payment of a special assessment adopted by the City when it <br />detennines by a 3'5 vote of all (\mncil mernbers that each of the f\Jlkming conditions arc present: <br /> <br />! Termination of Dcfenncnt. <br /> <br />The deferment of pa)'menl of a spec ial assessment shall cease and all amounts accming plus interest shall become <br />due and payable upon the occurrence of an) of the events specified in this Section.
