Fill Permit: <br /> <br />IIMotion by Senden, seconed by Hardt, to approve the fill permit. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Senden, to amend the <br />motion by conditioning approval on the stiuplations of <br />the Rice Creek Watershed fill permit and to further <br />condition the approval on the grade lines being in accordance <br />with the site plan to be reviewed and approved by the <br />Council and to provide to the Administration in a form <br />acceptable to the City Attorney agreements of all properties <br />affected by the grading operation. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Vote on motion as amended <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried.1I <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />We have received written confirmation (see attachment #l) from <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District regarding appproval of <br />applicants revised drainage plan. <br /> <br />.... <br />',", <br /> <br />\,./' <br /> <br />V'2. <br /> <br />We have received an easement agreament from the property owner <br />to the south (Egan, Field) regarding grading on this site. <br />This easement deed has not, however, been reviewed by the City <br />Attorney and has not been recorded.
