Quit claim <br />deeds have not, however, been received or reviewed by the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The site plan reflects access easements from the Super <br />Valu property to the south and west sides of the DX <br />property. Quit claim deeds quaranteeing this have not <br />been presented. <br /> <br />A proper reciprocal parking and access agreement between <br />RCE Corporation and Super Valu has not been presented. <br /> <br />The site plan reflects the westerly Super Valu driveway <br />on Mississippi Street and the southerly Super Valu <br />driveway on Silver Lake Road being closed and landscaped. <br />Quit claim deeds guaranteeing this have not been presented. <br /> <br />The site plan reflects the Taco John driveway being closed <br />and landscaped but again, Quit claim deeds have not been <br />presented. <br /> <br />The drainage easement is no longer required as the applicant <br />has changed his drainage scheme. <br /> <br />The site and landscape plan has not yet been approved by <br />the Council. <br />
