Benshoof ~~~ <br /> <br />Projected Peak Hour Volumes on Silve~ Lake Road <br />After Completion of Rice Creek Plaza <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />This documentation of projected traffic volumes on Silver Lake <br />Road has been prepared in response to a request by the New <br />Brighton City Council at their meeting on October 12, 1976, <br />The intent of this volume information is to aid the City and <br />County in considering the need for left turn lanes on Silver <br />Lake Road, <br /> <br />Volume projections for the p,m. peak hour have been developed <br />based on the following input factors: <br /> <br />o Existing volumes as per the count conducted on <br />September 22, 1976, (see attached figure). <br /> <br />o Assumption that all Super Valu traffic which <br />now uses the south Super Valu driveway will <br />use the new middle entrance in the future, <br /> <br />o Peak hour trip generation of new Rice Creek <br />Plaza trips (as per traffic Impact Analysis <br />report dated September 7, 1976) will include <br />126 vehicles exiting to Silver Lake Road and <br />112 vehicles entering from Silver Lake Road. <br /> <br />o Assumption that no new traffic for Rice Creek <br />Plaza will use the north driveway (existing <br />north Super Valu driveway). <br /> <br />BATHER, RING ROSE, WOLSFELD, lNG, 7101 YORK AVENUE SOUTH EDINA, MINNESOTA 55435 PHONE 612/831-2300 <br /> <br />~____ __ -....__... .............. _.... _ft"_~ ...__ <br />. - .-......~------~_. <br />
