Pederson, Clerk-Treasurer <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Senden to approve minutes <br />of regular meeting of Nov. 9, 1976 <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Unfinished Business <br />Mayor Bromander def~rred action on appointment <br />to HRA to fill term to expire October, 1979. <br /> <br />Defer <br />Appointment <br />HRA <br /> <br />Councilman Werdouschegg arrived, 8:12 <br /> <br />New Business <br />Richard Peterson was present to respond to questions <br />regarding VN-165 and the subdi"vision of his property. <br />Councilman Fisher and Councilman Hardt both expressed concern <br />as to the proposed location of the house on the newly <br />subdivided lot and stated that it would appear preferable <br />to place the home in such a fashion as to be in alignment with <br />the existing home on the property. Both councilmen noted <br />this would require a change in the proposed subdivision. <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to defer action on <br />VN-165 and the subdivision to the December 14th Council <br />meeting and to request the applicant to provide a revised <br />certificate of survey showing the lot subdivided in such <br />a way as to allow alignment of the existing and proposed <br />houses and to show the proposed house location on such survey <br />and to amend the proposed resolution regarding VN-165 by <br />deleting Item 2a under BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br />VN-165 <br /> <br />Defer to <br />Dec. 14 <br /> <br />Public Hearinqs <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to receive <br />administrative report re: application for liquor license <br />John J~ Welsch Co, dated Nov. 15, 1976. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />The city Manager reviewed the license application <br />information. <br /> <br />Liq.
