<br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-2 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION <br />LP-41 <br /> <br />WHEREAS an application for a building permit entitled LP-4l <br />has been made by William Forder to allow construction of a <br />building, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That an application for p?,-41 was filed with the <br />City on March 9, 1977, and was heard and reviewed by <br />the Planning Commission at its meeting of March 15, 197 i <br /> <br />,[ <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Review <br />I of the New Brighton Planning Commission makes the following <br />findings of fact in respect to the application for LP-4l: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The written comments and analysis of the City planner <br />and all persons' statements made at the Planning <br />Commission meeting were considered <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />II <br />I <br />i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for LP-41 be <br />! hereby recommended for approval. <br /> <br />I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this recommendation is <br />i provided subject to the following conditions: <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />, <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />I Adopted this 15th day of Marc~, 1977 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I ATTEST: <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />i Q~4 >>~ <br /> <br />0'ames F.
