That the Board of Review <br />II' of the New Brighton Planning commission makes the follo\'ling <br />findings of fact in respect to the application for LP-41: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all persons' statements made at the Planning <br />Commission meeting were considered <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />'I <br />Ii <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for LP-4l be <br />Ii <br />hereby recommended for approval. <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />All zoning code requirements are met by this <br />application: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The site, landscape and building plans are complete <br />and contain all required information, <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Utilities are available to service the development. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this recommendation is <br />provided subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />i. That development proceed in conformance with the site <br />and landscape plans submitted: <br /> <br />2.
