~ty of New Brighton council proceedings July 26, 1977 Richard Brama, representing Brighton village apartments and the Bryant-Franklin corporation,indicated that he had added a postscript to their letters clarifying their approval for placement of the berm on their property. Mayor Bromander directed, with consent of the council, that the letter from Bramante's Brighton village and the Bryant-Franklin corporation be received and placed in the minutes. The city.Planner reviewed the planning report and the planning commission recommendations. Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to waive reading of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION SUBDIVIDING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generallY east of Old HWY 8 and north of 14th street NE) 4 ayes- 0 nayes- carried LOWY Enterprises Building permit RESOLUTION NO. 19G4 Ed Mak ie, a.rch i tec t, Mr.. Rehbe in and Mr. LOWY, property owners were present to answer questions. councilman Werdouschegg asked if the applicant had received Ramsey county approval for grading on the northern driveway. Mr. M~ie replied that the county had approved the proposed plans and that the county's letter indicated approval would be fOD~arded to the city council. Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to authorize administrative authority to issue building permit to LoWY Enterprises for construction of office and warehouse building at 1565 1st Ave NW. subject to the following conditions: conformance with site and landscape plans signed by the architect and the city planner and dated July 26, 1977 4 ayes 0 nayes- carried Mayor Bromander directed, with consent of the council that letter of . resignation from Gerald R. smith, dated July 6, 1977, be received and placed in the minutes. Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to defer action on appointment to park Board and direct administration to not place this item on the agenda for consideration until directed by a councilmember. 4 ayes- 0 nayes-carried
