That a 3 to 4 foot berm be provided all along the northwest <br />property line with landscaping placed on the top of the berm; <br /> <br />4. That the property owner of the apartment complex to the <br />provide a letter indicating agreement for the proposed berm <br />to spillover onto the apartment property; <br /> <br />5.
