<br />~. ........ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />. of the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular or <br /> <br />special meeting of the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota, was held at the New Brighton City Hall <br /> <br />on February 12, 1985, commencing at 7;30 o'clock p.m., C.T. <br /> <br />The following Councilmembers were present; <br /> <br />Mayor Harcus, Councilmembers Benke, <br />Blomquist, Janecek, and Schmidt <br /> <br />and the following were absent; <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />The following resolution was presented by Councilmember <br /> <br />Harcus <br /> <br />, who moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE NEED FOR THE <br />ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND <br />CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION THEREON <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota, as follows; <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby finds and determines: <br /> <br />a) that it is in the best interests of the <br />health, welfare, and safety of the City and its resi- <br />dents that the City undertake police facilities expan- <br />sion and City Hall improvements (the "Project"): and <br />
