<br />b) tha tit is necessary to the sound financial <br />management of the City that the Project be financed in <br />whole or in part by the issuance and sale of the City's <br />general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed <br />$995,000. <br /> <br />2. The proposition for the issuance of such bonds <br />shall be submitted to the voters of the City at a special <br />election to be held on Apr il 30, 1985. The election shall <br />be held and conducted in accordance wi th the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota relating to special elections. <br /> <br />3. <br />election <br />hibi t A <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Ci ty Clerk-Treasurer shall cause a notice of <br />in sUbstantially the form attac~ed hereto as Ex- <br />to be posted and published as required by law as <br /> <br />a) ~he no~ice of election shall be published once <br />in the official newspaper of :~e City at least two weeKS <br />prior to the election: <br /> <br />b) The notice of election and a sample ballot <br />shall be posted at each of the polling places at least <br />ten days prior to the election: <br /> <br />C) The notice of election and a sample ballot <br />shall be posted in the office of the City Clerk- <br />Treasurer at least four days p=ior to the election; and <br /> <br />d) The sample ballot shall be published in the <br />official newspaper of the City at least one week prior <br />to the election. <br /> <br />4. 1'he polls for t.he election shall be open at 7: 00 <br />o'clock a.m., C.T., and shall remain open until 8:00 o'clock <br />p.~., C.T., and the polling places and ~he respective judges <br />for the election shall be as shown in Exhibit B. <br />
