Owner/Manager will make the units available to the New Brighton Department of <br />Public Safety for security and safety inspection within the next 30-45 days with <br />adequate notice to Owner/Manager and affected tenants prior to any entry. <br />The owner's security company will supervise any necessary corrections. <br /> <br />10. Owner/Manager will keep the New Brighton Department of Public Safety notified of <br />the contact person for on-site and 24 hour emergency situations. The current on-site <br />security officer is Mr, Roggenbauer at 763.238.0025. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Owner/Manager will commit to send a management representative to attend the Crime <br />Free Multi-Housing program. <br /> <br />In my letter to you of October 31, 2006 I indicated the rationale for the other issues <br />raised by you. Please refer to that letter for further explanation of the proposed mitigation plan, <br />The owner understands that this mitigation plan will be a work in progress during the time of <br />the provisionallicense, but all the work listed in your letter cannot be completed before the <br />provisional license is secured. Please review and get back to us as soon as possible.
