<br />arould deteriorate. The applicant stated that she and her late husband granted the
<br />~ity pennission to use the peninsula area of their lot to remove the bog. It is her
<br />feeling that an easement would be disadvantageous to the new owner.
<br />David Hoel a resident on Lake Diane spoke in agreement with the applicant, Mr.
<br />Hoel, who has maintained the aerator, said that the access required for that purpose
<br />is minimal. Wayne Warren spoke regarding the removal of the bog in the past,
<br />stating there are other possible ways to access the lake.
<br />Grant Wyffels-Director of Public Works explained that any newly created lot requires
<br />a 10 foot front and back easement and 5 foot side yard easement. ",..."...
<br />Sally Skavnak, 2800 18th Street expressed her concern with the qualitypftl1.e lake
<br />because the access point could potentially be lost.
