<br />There was concerns expressed related to the operation of a production plant at this
<br />location pertaining to noise and dust.
<br />Ms Gundlach reported three letters of opposition were received from The City of
<br />Mounds View, Dymax, and Fed Tee.
<br />Jim Erickson, Community Development Director from the City of Mounds View spoke
<br />regarding the negative impact on adjacent Mounds View parcels if this applic::S!tion is
