This 10 yea:rplan, we can assure you, has
been a much thought over and talked over subject by us since
the last time we were before you.

The first step in the plan was to line a portion
of our 5th Ave: frontage with some of our Nor-Craft cedar
fence. This has been done, and needless to say, I'm sure
that you've received the same kind of good reactions which
we received in regards to the fence. It is because of these
good reactions that we felt that, rather than go ahead and
plant trees, which may or may not grow, and if they do,
would take years to reach the desired size, it might be much
better for us to continue with the same style.fence along
our complete street frontage. Of course, this is subject
to your approval, but one thing to note is that we can
implement it almost immediately and it would blend much
better into our o~erall concept.

The second step in our plan would be an overall
"sprucing up" of the yard appearance. Things like repainting
our signs and our semi-rusted barn, etc. would get rid of some
of the more flagrant eyesores on our property. Due to the
good reactions that we received from fencing a part of our
yard leads us to believe that an overall sprucing up of the
yard would create a much better imag~of.MaCGillis & Gibbs
and also of New.
