According to the site plans submitted, all Zoning Code require- <br />ments would be met in terms of the construction of these <br />buildings. <br /> <br />2. The building plans are complete and contain all required <br />information in terms of a floor plan, elevations and exterior <br />treatment. <br /> <br />3. Also enclosed are copies of the property survey and a site <br />plan. The landscaping shown (spruce trees) is what will be <br />provided as part of the previously approved variance, VN-167. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />The proposed buildings will enable the MacGi11is & Gibbs Company <br />to enter into the field of wood processing and drying to a much <br />great extent than presently undertaken at the facility. <br /> <br />The MacGi11is & Gibbs Company has also made application for a non- <br />conforming use permit, NC-21. We would suggest that any recommendation <br />approving the building permit be conditioned on conformance with <br />
