<br />Council Consideration <br />Minor Subdivision <br />July 26, 1977 <br /> <br />Request: Council approval bf minor subdivision without platting <br /> <br />Applicant: Lcwy Enterprises <br /> <br />Location: Generally East of Old Highway 8 and North of 14th St. NE <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />Section 475:24, Subd. 2, Minor Subdivision states that in <br />cases of small size and perhaps of minor importance, the Council <br />can waive many of the requirements for platting and subdividing <br />property. In such cases, only a certificate of survey is required. <br /> <br />The property is presently shown as three separate parcels. <br />Lowy Enterprises has filed an application for a building permit <br />to construct an approximately 100,000 square foot warehouse <br />(Cee LP-53). <br /> <br />The request is actually to consolidate the 3 parcels into <br />just one. <br /> <br />The consolidation would eliminate any future problems regarding <br />construction of the warehouse on the site and overall, we see no <br />problem with the request. <br />
