<br /> <br />. .;~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_ _.__.._.._.....1-... <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br /> <br />..' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />STA TE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally East of Old Highway 8 and North <br />of 14th St. NE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel A <br /> <br /> <br />Unplatted Lands <br />Part WLY of Hwy. 35W of FolSouth 150 Feet of North <br />30 acres of S~ of NW~ Subj to road in Sec. 21, Township 30, <br />Range 23 <br /> <br />Parcel B <br /> <br />Unplatted Lands <br />Part WLY of Hwy. 35W of Fol except South 150 feet and except <br />North 107.21 feet of West 406.3 feet, the North 30 acres <br />of S~ of NW~ also. except North 185 feet of West 453.6 feet <br />the South 20 acres of North ~ of said NW~, subj to road <br />and Hwy. in Section 21, Township 30, Ra~ge 23 <br /> <br />Parcel C <br /> <br />,-." <br />\ i <br />\ <br /> <br />Unplatted Lands <br />Subj to Cleveland Ave., The North 107.21 feet of West 406.3 <br />feet of SW~ of NW~ of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained before such <br />subdivision can be filed, and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subd. 2, of the New Brighton City <br />Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br />certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has <br />been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br />described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Parcel 1 <br /> <br />That part of the NW~ of Section 21, Township 30 North, <br />Range 23 West lying WLY of the WLY right-of-way line of <br />Hwy. 35W, except that part lying SLY of a line described <br />as follows: <br />
