See Enclosed Plans <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />Site Plan: <br />The site plan is complete and contains all required information. <br />The development would also meet all zoning code requirements. <br />There is just one driveway to the site and with the relatively <br />small development should be suff1cient to service this property. <br />While overall we see no problems with the layout, we would suggest <br />that the split rail fence in the front yard be located somewhat <br />further from the front property line so as to preclude any vision <br />problems for cars existing from this site. By ordinance require- <br />ments the split-rail fence cannot exceed 3~ feet in height and <br />must be 75% open. <br />
