Under NC-5, there were the following existing Type <br />IV non-conformities: <br />a. Lack of concrete curbing around parking areas <br />(Section 12-045 e); <br />b. More than two driveways (Section 12-060 c); <br />c. Two driveways less than 50 feet from street <br />right-of-way intersection (Section 12-060 c); <br />d. Less tha~ the required front yard landscaping <br />{Section (12-030 b); <br />e.Less than the required side street yard land- <br />scaping (Section 12-080 b); and , <br />f. Lack of a buffer zone across the street (Rice <br />Creek Road) from an R-1 District (Section 10- <br />110 c). <br />
