At its regular meeting September 26, 1978 the City Council <br />approved a building permit, LP-73, a 'non-conforming use <br />permit, NC-34 and a variance, VN-193 (for a rear yard <br />setback of 101). <br /> <br />2. Under NC-34 there were the following existing Type IV non- <br />conformities: <br /> <br />A. Portions of the front yard (1st Street SW) are used <br />for parking. <br />B. The entire front yard is not landscaped. <br />C. The side street yard (8th Avenue) is not landscaped <br />and is used for parking. <br />D.
