Overhead door in front yard <br />is only 40' from right-of-way. 50' <br />is required. <br /> <br />COt1MENTS: <br /> <br />1. Side yard setback is warranted based on shape of the lot. <br />2. Building should be moved back 10' or the overhead door <br />in front yard should be removed. <br />3. Plans have been reviewed and approved by certified architect. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board recommend approval of VN-2l5 by <br />waiving the reading and adopting the attached resolution. <br /> <br />Staff further recommends that the Board recommend approval of LP-105 <br />contingent on the following conditions: <br />
