<br />~ ~ .~:~ <br /> <br />. < <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />~ August 12, 1980 <br /> <br />\, <br /> <br />Council Business <br />Mr. Ron Nelson, 2087 Violet Lane, indicated <br />that since the last city Council meeting the <br />electronic bug killer located at 2200 Mounds <br />Avenue had been modified and that at present <br />he did not feel there was reason to complete <br />further noise tests. <br /> <br />" <br />.... <br /> <br />Mr. Al Countryman, 2200 Mounds Avenue, <br />indicated he had made several revisions, <br />that it was his desire to correct any <br />problems in regard to the device and that <br />he certainly did not wish to creat~ a <br />problem for his neighbors. Mr Countryman <br />p~ssed out copies of his redesigned device <br />to the City Council. The Mayor with consent <br />of the Council directed receipt of the <br />drawings from Mr. Countryman. <br /> <br />Mr. Tbm Bergstrom, 2162 Mounds Avenue, also <br />stated that he. agreed with Mr. Nelson in <br />'that the revi~ions to the device have greatly <br />reduced the problem and that at present ~e ' <br />does not consider the device or nOlse .to <br />be a public nuisance.
