,

~,'

A
, ~ '

-2-

There are 3 low areas shown along the south side of the
development. I assume there will be storm sewer connections
from these areas to the existing 66 inch storm sewer. No
connections are shown on the preliminary plan.

The preliminary plan does not show very much area where
ponding could occur. I don't see how it could meet the
watersheds discharge requirements.

3. TRAFFIC CIRCULATION AND ACCESS

The City's regulations limititig the number of truck trips
allowed to the site is good if it can be enforced.

We should require the dedication of 7 feet and 10 feet of
additional right-of-way along County Road "E" and Old Highway
#8 respectively.

The entrance and exit geometric appear to be as we discussed
with Ramsey County. I've sent a copy of the preliminary plan
to Paul Kirkwold to double check this.

In addition to the entrance median at Old Hiahway #8, this
access should be signed to prohibit north bound traffic on
Old Highway #8 from entering the site and left turns by traffic
exiting the site~
