'The amount of ! grease discharged into the City sewer syst~mshall be I 100 mg. per liter or less. If the City s~nitary sewer I system or lift station wet well beCOmes plugged as a 1 result of the operations at the r~ndering plants, the I cost of cleaning shall be paid by the rendering plants ; making use of that pQrtion of the sewer system which has i become plugged. 4. That Gordon Rendering Company be appraised that the City of New Brighton will continue to work with the MPCA and the Metropolitan Sewer Board to assure that all applicable rules, regulations and codes are complied with. 5. That no less than two, and at the City's discretion, up to four stack tests are to be made each year and that frequent inspections be made by the 'City Sanitarian to make sure the Gordon Rendering Company is complying with the City's requirements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That violation of, or failure to comply with, any condition of this Offensive Trades License shall be cause of suspension or revocation of this license, and that such suspension or revocation shall be considered by the City Council.
